While Saturday featured some classic contests and nail-biting finishes in other arenas across the country, there was no louder or more emphatic statement made than the one made by the Mountain West Conference’s regular-season champions.
The Brigham Young Cougars defeated the Gonzaga Bulldogs to secure their first trip to the Sweet 16 in 30 years.
